The Evolution
We began as a specialized headhunting consultancy focused strictly on high-performance computing hardware engineers. Our obsession with technical literacy—requiring our recruiters to understand the difference between C++ and C#—quickly set us apart.
Over the last decade, we have expanded our footprint to cover the entire spectrum of the Life Sciences and Digital Transformation sectors, yet we have refused to dilute our methodology. We remain a "Boutique at Scale," offering the personalized touch of a small firm with the infrastructure and reach of a global enterprise.
